It's my honor to speak here and I am very glad to share my topic with all of you. Today I'd like to talk about “my dream”. I do not just have one dream, in fact, I have three. They are: a healthy life, a happy family and to travel my great country.
I have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. They are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! How do they do that!? My grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! I guess that is why they can remain healthy. More importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life. Perhaps that makes them common, but they live a happy life. My grandmother once told me this:” I do not want to live long, only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”. I want to live a long, healthy and happy life just as they have.
Since my graduation from primary school, until now, every time on my birthday I make the same wish. I wish my parents will not fight anymore. I am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me with all their heart. I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well.
I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream, that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! If that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also.
If I can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then God can take me away. I would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.

很荣幸有这样的机会和大家一起探讨英语教学。在上级领导的关怀和支持下，我校在英语教学方面逐步加大改革步伐，提高英语教学质量，通过师生的不懈努力已初见成效。下向大家交流几点我们学校的做法，有哪些缺点与不足之处，请给予指正，以便我们在今后的教学中加以改进和提高。
一、注重预习。
“预习”是一种良好的学习习惯，是课堂教学中的重要环节。它作为学习过程的起始阶段，是培养学生自学能力的重要途径，在提高学习效率方面有着重要的作用。它不仅能帮学生“学会”知识，更能帮助学生“会学”知识。做好预习工作，功在课外，利在课内。我们有以下几个环节：
1、布置预习作业。
在寒暑假来临之前，学校要求每位教师给学生特别布置假期预习作业。为了使预习有章可循，教师列出预习提纲，分发给每个学生。针对预习内容，教师必须提出明确的预习要求。而且预习要求必须合理，正确，有可操作性。我们给学生布置了预习前三单元的内容，具体到哪一天预习哪几页单词，背会哪部分对话，掌握哪几个句型，理解哪项语法内容。此外，每日摘抄一句英语谚语，两天一篇阅读理解，五天一篇英语练笔（小作文）。
2、指导预习方法。
针对不同的教学内容指导学生选用合适的预习方法，通过查阅资料、听录音带、网络学习、向哥哥姐姐求教等多种方法来学习。例如：会话练习可以采用查一查，补一补，说一说的方法；句型练习可以采用找一找，归一归，比一比的方法；阅读练习可以采用划一划，查一查，写一写的方法。我们知道“授之一鱼，只供一餐，授之以渔，可享一生。”只要坚持运用科学的方法培养学生的预习习惯，学生们一定会学会预习，运用预习，学会学习，为他们的终身学习奠下良好的基础.
3、争取得到家长的配合。
为了学生在假期期间更好地完成预习作业，使预习作业更有成效，我们学校在放假前特意召开了家长会，把学校的想法、做法与家长们沟通交流，期望家长能做好督促检查工作。事实证明，我们得到了很多家长的配合。
4、检查预习效果。
检查学生预习是否到位，存在有哪些问题，以便今后教学做到有的放矢。开学的第二天，我们学校就组织了各科的预习考试。成绩上报学校，并作出效果分析。由于我们英语学科的特点，初二学生在预习单词和每单元的语法聚焦两方面比较好，但知识点和句型的灵活运用还有待提高。
二、抓好教研组建设。
学校是一个大群体，而教研组是一个小群体，教师是这个群体中的成员，我们每位教师的成长与发展都离不开这个群体。我校在抓教研组建设方面工作做得扎实，有条不紊，为每位教师的发展搭建了平台。积极开展教研组的说、上、评课活动，要求人人过关。紧紧围绕教研组的活动专题，重视对学生学习习惯培养的研究，和对学生自主学习意识培养的研究。通过教研活动，使本教研组全体英语教师共同提高，人人受益。也让我感受到了集体的力量是无穷的，实现了教师之间，同伴之间的团结协作。一个人有困难时，大家都来帮助，让她从困境中走出，不断发展自己，提高自己，身处在这样一个教师群体中，我深感荣幸。
三、加强备课组的集体备课。
集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的.必要措施。我校很重视英语教研，特别安排了主抓教学的刘校长下组监督指导，使活动有计划、有目标、有实效。我们英语备课组的三位教师积极组织集体备课，研究教学内容，研究学生，进度，研究教学方法，安排及教学资料做到一致。我们每周至少活动一次，时间固定，有活动记录。每次活动都定有中心发言人，定活动的主题，不走形式，不敷衍了事，切实解决教学中的一些问题，努力提高课堂教学质量，完善教学，规范我们的教学行为，向课堂40分钟要质量。
四、培养学生自主探究学习的能力。
本学年我们学校一直倡导培养学生自主探究学习的能力。要求教学要以学生为主体，转变角色，成为学生学习的引导者、帮助者。在课堂中要求教师要“少讲多学”，即教师少讲，学生多学。坚持放手原则：凡是学生能读的就让学生读，凡是学生能说的就让学生说，凡是学生能想的就让学生想，凡是学生能讨论的就让学生讨论，凡是学生能写的就让学生写，凡是学生能做的就让学生做。给学生自学时间、提问时间、读书时间和练习时间。在教学中，我们鼓励学生尝试地交流、讨论、质疑、解惑；把问的权利交给学生，把讲的机会让给学生，让学生参与到知识形成的过程中，并从中感受到“参与之乐，思维之趣，成功之悦”。
我们知道“学源于思，思源于疑”，学生探索知识的思维过程总是从问题开始，又在解决问题中得到发展。教学过程中学生如果能在教师创设的情境下，自己动脑思考，动口表达，将受益匪浅。我们的做法是首先创设情境、明确目标，其次呈现问题、启发诱导，然后让学生先自主探究、设疑质疑，再合作探究、解惑释疑，最后对学生的活动加以评价，使学生活动的过程更规范化，在活动中该做什么，而不该做什么，逐步渗透到学生的脑海里。每节课尽可能给予学生自主学习的时间和空间，让他们自主学习，培养他们敢疑、敢想、敢问、敢说的良好学习习惯，提高他们的思维能力，真正使学生好学、乐学、会学，从而形成一种生动活泼轻松的学习局面。
尽管以往的教育教学工作取得了一些进步，得到了领导和家长们的认可，学生的学习方法，学习习惯和自主学习能力有了一定提高，一部分学生的学习兴趣也得以巩固和加强。但是，客观地分析了学生的成绩的各个方面，我深深地感觉到自身工作中还存在许多不足。例如：学生成绩的两极分化现象；相当一部分学生的英语学习兴趣还有待于进一步的保鲜和巩固；一些学生的基本学习习惯、方法和技能都需要在今后的工作中加强指导。另外，回首自身教学工作的各个方面，在常规教学的备课方面还存在不足，讲课方面也还不够灵活机动。以后的教学工作将带着这些问题有针对性地开展。

At first, you must understand the meaning of climate change. It means any long-term significant change in the average weather, which may include average temperature, precipitation, wind patterns and so on. For example, Australia is experiencing rapid climate change. Since the middle of the twentieth century, Australian temperatures have risen by about average one temperature degree with an increase in the frequency of heat waves and a decrease in the numbers of frosts and cold days. Rainfall patterns have also changed, which means that the northwest has seen an increase in rainfall over the last fifty years while much of eastern Australia and the far southwest have experienced a decline. From this example, it indicates climate change that is occurring today has sped up, and affects long-term weather. The Earth’s climate is largely affected by how much heat is stored in the atmosphere. Furthermore, the climate change is caused by dynamic process on Earth, external forces including variations in sunlight intensity, and more recently by human activities.
The most important reason of climate change is caused by humans, because humans produce a lot of carbon dioxide into the air. This carbon dioxide emits from fossil fuel, aerosols, cement manufacture, land use, animal agriculture and deforestation. For example, trees can take in carbon dioxide to produce oxygen by photosynthesis. If people cut many trees for making furniture, paper, or sell wood to make money, there is much more carbon dioxide in the air. Beginning with the industrial revolution in the nineteenth century and accelerating ever since, the human consumption of fossil fuels has raised carbon dioxide levels rapidly. It means that carbon dioxide levels are substantially higher now than before. On the other hand, during the procedure of manufacturing cement, which is used in buildings, significantly more carbon dioxide is produced. While people improve their living standard, they cause climate change. When people burn coal, oil, and gas for our electricity, carbon dioxide is produced. When people burn fossil fuel to move vehicles, carbon dioxide is also produced. These sorts of examples indicate that humans are the real culprit. They do not consider the consequence, while they enjoy producing every thing they want.
It is not just man-made pollution of the atmosphere which can cause climate change. Changes in the amount of carbon dioxide in the air have occurred naturally during the history of the Earth, leading to climate changes. When a volcano erupts, it releases huge amounts of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere. However, volcano eruptions cannot effect climate change. The main reason is that before the volcano erupts, it would release huge amount of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide for a very long time. This pollution injected into the air blocks out a lot of sunlight. Therefore, it can cause the Earth to cool over fewer years. For example, in April 1991 eruption of Mount Pinatoba, where is in the Philippine islands, emitted huge amounts of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide into the air. The movement of the Earth’s axis also affects climate change; it moves a little more than a half-degree each century. Other processes can change the Earth’s climate over millions of years. When not only continents move around the world, but also mountains ranges are built, the changing patterns of landmasses affect the way the heat in the atmosphere and in the oceans is stored. In addition, changes in the way ocean water circulates around the world can affect the climate, because the oceans store even more heat than the atmosphere. Once ocean currents change direction, slow down, or reverse, it has a significant impact on climate.
Climate change is mainly caused by carbon dioxide. This can be separated to two important parts: natural causes, and human causes. After we realise what the two important factors of climate change are, and what the climate change is, we could try to think of a more effective solution to solve the climate change problem to make a higher quality environment.

一、学校特色：
从学校层面上讲，我校建校不久，能做出理想的成绩在于管理，我校实行封闭式管理，不管是周末回家出校，外出买东西出校，还是平常出校，一律凭专用假条出校，走读生凭走读证出校。不管是平时午休还是周末，每个年级安排有值班教师清点学生，要保证该在学校的一个不差，该在家的一个不少。食堂、小卖部、小吃等地方也有教师值班，以保障学生就餐安全。
老师们在教学中严格按照集体备课的要求，五统一，即统一资料，统一进度，统一课件，统一作业，统一思路，实现所有的资源共享，以达到年级的最佳组合。我校的考试很有特色，有周考，月考，半期考，期末考等多种形式，完全是以考代练，学生已经养成了自觉考试，独立考试的习惯，因此无人监考的'情况下学生的成绩也基本真实。

The celebrated mathematician, Edmund Stone would never have published a mathematical dictionary, never have found the key to science of mathematics, if he had given his " moments to idleness. Had the little Scotch lad, Ferguson, had allowed the busy brain to go to sleep while he tended sheep on the hillside, instead of calculating the position of the stars by a string of beads, he would never become a famous,astronomer.

the most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. but there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. the whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.
it had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. but when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. it is the simple things that really matter. if a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. if, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen–a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. this is a humble conclusion, but i cannot make myself disbelieve it. unhappy businessmen, i am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

Seemingly，it means a choice of tangible things. But in essence，it means choosing a way of life. Life is to be lived，saved，and enjoyed，not to be wasted or complained about. Hardly can we forget the time when our society faced the grave threat from the life-and-death disease-SARS. Yet，even during those dreadful times，some afflicted people remained optimistic. Instead of wearing neutral white masks，some people turned to colorful ones and thus display a happy mood. And some creative people dubbed SARS to mean“Smile And Remain Smiling .” I was deeply touched by their optimistic，nearly forgetting that we are still in a battle，people who survive these kinds of circumstances，decide in their minds to carry on in spite of the overwhelming odds. Laid-off workers typically regarded as the victims of economic advancement，are subject to desperation that being unemployed has brought on them. But encouragingly，we have witnessed some of them striving hard to rebuild confidence toward life and discover new opportunities for demonstrating their values.
Although we cannot choose our appearance，inborn gifts and even avoid unexpected disasters and adversities，we do have the privilege to choose to live optimistically，to love our lives，to have dreams，and to cherish hopes.
Every morning when we get up，we have a choice of how we want to approach life that day. As for me，I choose to be cheerful.

But now the rubbish was getting more and more .Dish leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and chickens….after rotting ,not only the mosquitos flew around but also the bad smell made everyone feel quite terrible.Though the stream was cleaned up several times, it’s still happening now. A lot of plastic bags always float on it .In summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim.
What causes this? Who is the devil?It’s the human ourselves. I have got to known from a book .The rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages the earth’s surface .It pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages our health. But pi sia did find such a man, who was his friend named dameng. Then pi sia went home to bid farewell with mother as he wished.
Days passed quickly, and the term of imprisonment was near at hand, but pi sia had not turned back yet. Most people ascertained that pi sia had deceived his friend.
It was a rainy day when demeng was sent to the execution ground, all persons watching around laughed at him, but demeng himself was not worried at all. The rope was hanging on his neck, and just at the critical moment, one person ran quickly through the rain shouting loudly,"please wait, I'm coming!" it was pi sia who turned back in time.
This was the most moving curtain in the world. demeng took no care of himself in order to help his friend realize the duty, whose kind of spirit was moved one to tears. While pi sia did not hesitate to take life as the price for performing the promise, whose kind of courage was also rare to meet. My dear friends, do you know why demeng was so calm before death? the reason was that he believed his friend pi sia would not do such despicable thing as deceiving friends. This depended on the strength of trust.
This is a true story that is enough to shock everyone. especially to contemporary people who are surrounded by the benefit of themselves，it is more worth of pondering. friendship is the precious deposits of the human world and the coordinate of life，and it may keep the flowers of heart fresh and sweet forever. a true friend is large treasure of your whole life. when you are downhearted，they may encourage you to do all to catch up with the others， and when you are proud of yourself，they may remind you of keeping a clear head with sincere advice.

As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.
Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.
Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?
However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.
Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.
It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

number three: take a good look at what's inside your own suitcase and why you put it there. so extroverts, maybe your suitcases are also full of books. or maybe they're full of champagne glasses or skydiving equipment. whatever it is, i hope you take these things out every chance you get and grace us with your energy and your joy. but introverts, you being you, you probably have the impulse to guard very carefully what's inside your own suitcase. and that's okay. but occasionally, just occasionally, i hope you will open up your suitcases for other people to see, because the world needs you and it needs the things you carry.

因为上学期考试结果平平，校长安排我做一次发言。说实话，我有些紧张，毕竟在座的老师都非常优秀，我在这里分享的经验可能有些锦上添花了。但是再想想，作为一名教师，能够有这样一个机会和大家交流，听取大家对我的教育教学工作的意见和建议，真的是一种荣幸。
我从事数学教学工作已经20xx年了，虽然我认为自己不是一个十分优秀的老师，但是我却为此努力着。我很羡慕那些成功的教师，我也渴望和他们一样收获成功的喜悦，这可以说就是我进步的动力。为了更好的适应新时期的教学工作要求，我从各方面严格要求自己，本着教书育人的原则，踏踏实实做好本职工作。在教育教学中，我始终以“对学生负责、对家长负责、对自己的工作负责” 做为自己为人师的原则，因为教书育人是教师的天职。在我的教学中，也曾遇到很多烦恼，有时工作累了，有时被学生不认真听讲、不认真完成作业气着了，我也想像朋友们劝我那样，管他学不学，只要完成自己的教学任务就是了，反正那又不是自己的孩子。可是，这些都是嘴上说说而已。
正如我自己所认识到的，“改变教育理念，工作不是为了任何他人，而是为了自己。工作的好坏成绩取决于自己的努力，当然也少不了同事们的支持与帮助。如果工作做得不好，那就是自己的责任，我们不能怪天尤人，要多向内反思找到自己的失职之处。作为一名教师，我们从事着一项特殊的职业，我们的工作对象是一群可爱活泼的孩子，我们的主要任务是教书育人。因此，我们必须尽心尽责地成为一名出色的教师，成为学生心目中最伟大的人。”这是我一贯坚持的信念，并且我一直以此为指导实践着我的工作。
现就自己教学工作中的点滴做法作如下总结：
一、备好课是上好课的基础。就我个人而言，在备课时，我始终严格按照备教材、备教法和备学生的原则进行。同时，我充分利用备课组的优势，积极吸取他人的经验和教学方法。在上课之前，我尽可能地做好充分的准备，确保每一节课都“有备而去”。因为一堂有效的课程离不开老师充分的准备工作。我会认真研究教材内容，教材是教学内容的主要载体，所以每一次备课时，我都会认真阅读、思考和理解教材，了解教材的核心思想和编写目的，把握教材中提供的数学活动的线索，分析教材中蕴含的数学思想、方法和科学内涵，亲自完成每道练习题，只有这样才能真正领会新教材中所蕴含的教学理念，并备出高质量的教案。一般而言，我会在学生学习新课程的一周之前，先逐一完成下一章节的例题、习题、练习册、伴你学和单元卷，然后再根据课时进行详细备课。
二、高效的数学课堂教学不仅在于成功的讲解，而且更取决于科学、高效率的练习。科学合理的练习是学生学习数学、发展思维的经常性实践活动，同时也是师生信息交流的一个窗口。在新课程下，数学学习应该成为一种生活、一种活动，应该关注学生的发展，而不仅仅是重复单一的、千篇一律的内容。好的练习可以主动引导学生提出疑难问题、解决困惑，并及时进行纠正。通过这样的练习，可以巩固和应用数学知识，培养学生的学习习惯和思维品质，训练他们的思考方法，提高数学教学的有效性。基于多年的教学经验，我深刻地认识到大量的题海战术已经不再适应新课程理念下的数学教学。因此，在备课时，我会亲自做一遍手头的所有资料上的题目，然后对其进行归类筛选，设计出科学合理的练习，以提高数学课堂教学的效率。
三、在教学过程中，我十分关注每一位学生，力求让他们处于最佳的学习投入状态。虽然我在备课时已经充分预设了可能发生的情况，但是课堂上仍然存在许多不确定性，并且常常会出现意料之外的情况。然而，在这些挑战中，我会灵活应对，动态生成教学过程，以确保学生能够获得最大的收益。
我注重激发学生合理适度的学习动机，提供具有挑战性的任务，激发学生积极思考和行动，并适时给予适当的鼓励，以激发并保护学生的主动学习动力。我时刻关注每位学生在课堂上的表现，包括他们是否专注于学习活动、是否参与讨论和小组活动等。在授课过程中，我要求每个学生都认真听讲，并积极参与学习、思考和交流，这已经成为我的学生们的习惯。班级中有一个名叫张骏坤的男孩，入学时的成绩在班级中属于D等级。他在课堂上总是把身子压得很低，害怕老师提问，有时即使知道答案也不敢自信地举手回答。我一直关注着他，只要稍微察觉到他有想要回答问题的动机，我就会留给他发言的机会。为了回答老师提出的问题，他开始在课堂上和课下主动学习，并向我和同学请教。开学一个月后，他对数学学习的信心大大增加，对数学也产生了浓厚的兴趣。他不仅抢着发表自己的观点，而且思考问题的逻辑性也很强。在本学期的期末考试中，他取得了104分的好成绩。随着时间的推移，我们班的同学都能积极参与学习活动，不是害怕老师点到自己来作答，而是担心被忽略而没有机会回答问题。
四、在进行授课的过程中，教师应该注重表扬学生。即使是对于那些对学习没有兴趣或学习困难的学生，有些老师可能会认为这样的学生没有任何优点可夸奖。但作为一名教师，只要发现学生取得了一丝进步，哪怕是微小的进步，我都会及时给予表扬和鼓励，让他们感到自己也有优点，也能够不断进步。例如，在上课时如果我提出了一个比较简单的'问题，我会让学生回答，并及时表扬他们：“你的回答非常正确，你取得了很大的进步。”另外，如果有学生举手发言，即使回答错误，我也会给予鼓励：“看到你敢于大胆发言，虽然回答还不完全正确，但你已经取得了很大的进步，我相信下一次你一定能回答正确。”我始终坚信：对于学习困难或不爱发言的学生来说，教师的表扬和鼓励对他们而言是非常重要的。他们会感到非常高兴甚至自豪，从而对学习产生兴趣，认真听课并积极发言，这样他们的学习成绩也会迅速提高。在我的课堂上，第四组同学得到最多的发言机会。他们每次都能认真思考和积极回答问题。如果这个组的同学的回答受到全班的认可，整个小组的同学都会感到非常高兴和自豪。
落实好每天的作业
适当的作业对学生来说是必要的。但我们不能仅仅为作业而作业，而是通 过做作业，使学生巩固所学的知识。所以布置合适的作业是重要的。我所任教的班学生基础相差比较大，所以采用分层次布置作业的方式，做到照顾差异。作业的重点放在巩固所学知识的前提下，再适当提升。对基础不够好的同学要让他们从基础入手。对基础好的同学每天布置一个有助于开拓思维的题目。总之，作业不能一概而论。对于作业的批改我一点也不敢放松，多年来的教学使我对作业有一个深刻的体会，学生的作业也是老师的作业，作业布置了学生要做，那老师也必须要批改，否则设计的作业再好也不能达到巩固提高的目的。每天再忙我也要对学生的作业逐一进行批改，在我看来不批改就没有发言权，可以说批改作业让我尝到了大大的甜头，批改作业后再讲评使讲解针对性更强了，也节省了时间，只讲学生出错较多的题目更好的调动了学生听讲的积极性。刚接手这批学生时让我最棘手的就是家庭作业问题，不能认真独立完成应付了事抄袭现象严重，由于我坚持每次都批改家庭作业，及时发现问题并与学生进行交流，我们班学生的家庭作业质量有了大幅度的提高。班里有个女孩栾湉数学开始时是C类，上课回答问题积极，思维灵活，成绩却总是不太理想，通过批改作业发现，他的作业不能认真独立的完成，于是我就与他谈话告诉他作业的重要性，他知道老师发现了他的秘密，从那以后作业总是能认真独立完成不懂的就问，数学成绩有了很大的提高，现在已经经常考A。
做好课后辅导工作，多与学生交流
学生的个体差异是不可避免的，他们来自不同家庭，性格迥异。在学习能力、方法和态度上也各不相同。有些学生自觉认真，有些则有点懒散；有些聪明才智，有些反应略慢。因此，在教学中，我非常重视分层教学的方法。课后，我会针对不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导，满足他们各自不同的需求，避免一刀切的弊端，并加大对学困生的辅导力度。这种辅导并不仅限于学科知识，更注重引导学生的学习思想。如果要提高学困生的成绩，首先需要解决他们的学习障碍，让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性，培养他们对学习的兴趣。我非常注重通过多种途径激发学生们的求知欲和上进心，让他们明白学习不仅仅是为了完成任务，也不只是为了取悦老师或家长，而是为了自身的成长和发展。基于这个前提，我致力于教给他们学习的方法，提高他们的学习技能，并认真细致地进行查漏补缺工作。学困生通常存在基础薄弱的问题，他们的知识断层比较多，所以我特别注重给他们补课，填补他们之前学习的知识漏洞。这样，他们会感到学习变得轻松起来，进步也会更快，同时兴趣和求知欲也会随之增加。此外，还有一些学困生是由于长期以来养成了不良的学习习惯，加上家长由于工作等原因无法对孩子进行必要的监督和指导，导致孩子在学习上变得自由散漫。他们经常草率地完成作业，甚至经常缺少或者不做作业。因此，我常常通过短信、电话与家长们交流，了解学生在校内外的情况，向家长汇报学生在学校的表现。我们互相沟通，共商教育孩子的方法，共同促进学生的健康发展。当发现个别学生出现问题时，我会主动联系家长，努力争取家长的理解、支持和配合，向家长宣传科学的教育子女方法，使家庭教育与学校教育同步，共同培养优秀的青少年。此外，我在与家长交流时，没有一味地向家长诉苦，而是将学生点滴进步告知家长，以争取家长的积极配合。
有许多学生因为害怕老师的批评，对于学习中遇到的问题不敢向老师请教，在作业方面也会因为担心做错而选择抄袭别人的答案。这样的行为严重影响了他们的学习成绩提高。为了解决这个问题，我将着重培养良好学风，在班级里倡导认真求实的学习态度，并严厉批评抄袭行为。通过这样的做法，学生们会在遇到困难时主动向老师寻求帮助。 对于学习困难的学生，他们基础较差，考试成绩普遍很低，有些同学甚至经常不及格。我会与他们交流，了解问题的原因。有些学生可能是对学习不感兴趣，针对这种情况，我会向他们讲述数学的重要性，并分享一些有趣的数学故事，以增加他们的兴趣。对于那些不够努力的学生，我会进行批评后再给予鼓励，并帮助他们制定学习目标，时刻督促和支持他们的进步。对于那些基础薄弱，对学习有抵触情绪的学生，我会帮助他们找到适合自己的学习方法，分析问题的根源，鼓励他们不要害怕失败，要给予自己信心。在日常教学中，只要学生掌握了知识点，我会毫不犹豫地给予他们表现的机会，并且一旦他们取得进步，无论多么微小，我都会及时夸奖他们。经过一个学期的努力，大部分学生都取得了进步，但也会有一些反复出现的问题，对于这些学生，我将继续进行教育和引导。
良好的纪律习惯是学好数学的保证
如果一个班级没有良好的纪律，那么老师再怎么在讲台上生动地讲课，再卖力地教学，也是徒劳无功的。只有当纪律得到有效控制时，学生才能够专心聆听和学习。俗话说，眼睛是心灵的窗户，因此在我的课堂上，我常常通过眼神与学生进行学习交流，以友善亲切的目光吸引学生的注意，让我的视线触达教室的每个角落，让每个学生都感受到我的关注。这样做不仅无形中起到了课堂管理的作用，而且比大声训斥更容易让学生接受，并且不会干扰其他同学的注意力。另外，我也非常重视培养学生良好的学习方法和学习习惯。例如，在进行计算能力训练时，我要求学生先仔细审题，思考如下问题：“是否正确理解题目？应该先进行哪些计算？是否可以利用简便方法？”在计算过程中，我鼓励学生做到一步一回头，自觉检查答案的准确性。如果发现个别学生做错了题目，我会及时要求他们纠正错误，并自觉分析错误的原因，以防止再次出错，培养认真计算的习惯。平时，我要求学生书写数字和运算符号时必须清晰、整齐、规范，完成作业后，培养他们自觉检查的习惯，塑造端正认真学习、刻苦钻研的学习态度，培养独立思考和克服困难的精神。
学生的合作学习对教学也有很大的帮助
根据学生学习的具体情况，我在班上组建了学习小组，每组四名同学。学习小组的目的是互相帮助和支持，在学习的各个方面予以指导和辅导。起初，有一些学生还不太清楚如何进行学习小组的活动，于是我进行了一对一的指导。在我的引导下，学生们积极参与，学习小组发挥了重要作用。在我班上有一个学生名叫赵志东，他的书写很潦草，基础知识也比较薄弱，每次做作业都感到困难重重。上学期，我安排班上的王明同学和赵志东结成学习帮助对子。经过我的指导和这两位同学的共同努力，赵志东取得了巨大进步。他的考试成绩从小升初时的17分提高到了70分以上。我为此感到非常高兴。通过互助，并在帮助他人的过程中，这些孩子们巩固了自己所学的知识，同时也领悟到了成功的喜悦。对于取得进步的学生，我总是不遗余力地给予表扬和鼓励。这样一来，他们更加有动力和热情地学习。全班同学都在互相帮助的氛围中取得了进步，这也是我们作为老师最大的乐趣所在。

my father always stands in the center of my life， from past till now and possibly in the future.
my family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby， small room rented from my father's factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me.
but father made this all different！he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese,surly,i have my own he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.
when i was little, i did everything with my d(本站：)ad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.
i learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.
like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even can’t work the computer. so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’, ‘don’t waste time on the computer games’ , ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan – reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it
years pasted, my father is over 45 now. it is time for me to look after him and i am sure i will do and we will live an even better life. and i will say,i really love you dad,cause you are the hero in my mind.
